Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience caring for children, teens, and adults. My goal is to help each person better understand their symptoms and discover practical ways to improve their overall quality of life. I specialize in treating ADHD, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood changes.

My approach to therapy

My evidence-based, holistic approach combines psychiatric medications with natural treatments, lifestyle changes, nutrition, exercise, and stress management to address a wide range of mental health conditions.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make your first visit comfortable, welcoming, and focused on understanding you—not just your symptoms. During your first visit, we'll spend time discussing what concerns you most, how it affects your daily life, your personal goals and what you hope to achieve through treatment. At the end of your visit, we'll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively. You'll receive honest information about the benefits, risks, and alternatives so you can feel confident and informed about your care.

My goal is simple: to help you find stability, confidence, and hope in a welcoming environment where you truly feel heard.
