Hi. I am a licensed psychologist in California. I earned my Ph.D. from UC Santa Barbara in 2004. I work with individuals of all ages. I have worked with various communities including the LGBTQ, low-income, and racial/ethnic communities. I speak both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Insight Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to find connections between people’s childhood experiences and their current situations, decisions, behaviors, thoughts, and/or feelings.
