Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring what’s going on in their lives and developing practical tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I often draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes. I also enjoy helping clients explore their personal values and use those values as a guide for decision-making and growth.

I have experience supporting diverse populations and enjoy helping people navigate family boundaries, particularly when cultural expectations and generational differences are involved. For many individuals with immigrant family backgrounds, balancing personal goals with family values can feel complicated, and therapy can be a space to explore those dynamics and find a path that feels authentic.

My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I aim to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

I hold a Master of Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In my free time, I enjoy reading thrillers, going to concerts, watching the Las Vegas Raiders, and visiting Disneyland.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I also enjoy exploring personal values, family dynamics, and cultural influences, particularly when navigating boundaries and expectations within immigrant or multicultural families. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported while developing tools to improve their well-being and move toward the life they want.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to get out of therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share anything you feel is important.

My goal for the first session is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together we’ll begin identifying goals for therapy and discuss how we can work toward them in a way that feels supportive and practical for you.
