Great to meet you!

Life can be demanding, and everyone reaches moments when they need a space to slow down, process what they’re carrying, and find a way forward. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you are genuinely heard, respected, and supported.

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, and major life changes. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to become the healthiest version of yourself.

I provide a warm, compassionate environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while also gaining practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I understand that no two people have the same story, which is why I take time to learn what matters most to you and create a treatment plan that fits your goals.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other therapeutic tools to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will work on developing healthier coping skills, improving relationships, building confidence, and creating positive changes that extend beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
