Great to meet you!

I received my Masters in Social work from Columbia University on the advanced clinical track with a specialty in health, mental health and disabilities. I have many years experience providing trauma informed care. I have extensive experience with using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and have a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in treating people who have experienced trauma and individuals suffering with anxiety and/or depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and empathetic.

What you can expect from our first session

I do not believe that therapy is giving advice but rather I will provide a non-judgmental space to explore and determine the best way to help you. I value using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide my clinical practice and will integrate a number of approaches to meet your needs and goals.
