Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Miami, and I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel more grounded, understood, and empowered. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have several years of experience working with adults, young adults, teens, and children through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

In my practice, I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, depression, and patterns of overthinking. I also work closely with clients navigating family dynamics, parent–child conflict, and healing from both recent and long-standing emotional wounds. My clinical approach integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution-focused tools, and mindfulness-based strategies—always tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and strengths.

My style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, honest space where you can slow down, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and build practical tools that help you feel more in control of your life. I value authenticity, emotional insight, and helping clients reconnect with their confidence and inner resilience.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities, and I especially enjoy working with motivated individuals who want support in managing anxiety, improving their relationships, setting boundaries, and creating meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I blend evidence-based treatments—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies—to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building tools they can use in everyday life.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounding space where you can be fully yourself. I move at your pace, checking in often about what’s working, what’s not, and what you need more support with. Together, we explore both the “why” behind your patterns and the “how” of creating meaningful change.

I incorporate mindfulness, emotional awareness, boundary-setting skills, and values-based action to help clients reduce anxiety, navigate relationships more confidently, and cultivate greater balance and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies you can use long after our sessions end.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing recently, and what you’re hoping to work on. I’ll ask some guiding questions to understand your history, strengths, and any patterns that may be affecting your well-being.

You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll help you start identifying what’s been weighing on you and offer initial insights or strategies that may help. We’ll also work together to clarify your goals for therapy so our time feels focused, intentional, and tailored to your needs.

By the end of the session, you should feel heard, grounded, and have a clearer sense of how we’ll move forward together.
