Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Veronica and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2017. My experience includes psychiatric hospitals, outpatient programs and private practice. All these areas have improved my skills to better serve my clients. I am empathic, warm, and open minded to help my clients best meet their needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist I have learned that the best place to start is where my client is at. I help individuals and couple find satisfaction and connection in their lives. Through this journey, we will utilize mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing depending on the need.

What you can expect from our first session

I will help my clients challenge unhealthy thinking patters that have led them to develop anxiety, depression, overthinking, addiction, grief loss, parenting, relationship issues and many other challenges. I will be honest, supportive, and encouraging as you learn the skills needed to manage life with insight and confidence to find yourself and accomplish your goals.
