Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I wanted individuals to be truly seen, heard, and respected—so that their words feel valuable. My own early experiences lacked this, and I know how painful it is when your voice is dismissed. Being able to provide a safe, validating, and empowering space for others is my purpose.

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they process difficult experiences, build resilience, and gain the confidence and insight needed to move forward with healing, clarity, and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered within the therapeutic relationship.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR-informed trauma work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Hope Therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, grounding and breathing techniques, motivational interviewing, exposure strategies, and relaxation techniques. My goal is to help clients process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what has brought you to counseling. We will talk about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

This session also allows you to ask questions and determine whether you feel comfortable working together. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while working toward meaningful progress and healing.
