Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience providing therapy to individuals navigating trauma, stress, and major life transitions. My professional practice centers on working with first responders, military veterans, and others who have experienced high-intensity or traumatic events. I am deeply committed to helping clients process their experiences, rebuild resilience, and find renewed meaning in their lives.

My clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship where lasting change can take root.

My approach to therapy

With a specialization in trauma-focused care, I strive to help clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and move forward with purpose and confidence. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I usually recommend a quick 15 min session to check in and talk about goals and expectations for the first session. It is important to feel safe and comfortable with your therapist.
