Great to meet you!

If you're carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or the kind of grief or relationship stress that makes it hard to show up in your own life, you're in the right place. I'm a Mexican-American therapist based in Texas, and I work with English- and Spanish-speaking adults who are ready for something to change. Clients describe me as warm, grounding, and easy to talk to — someone who helps them feel seen without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and at your pace. We'll start by making sense of what's keeping you stuck — whether that's a pattern you keep repeating, something you're still carrying from the past, or just the weight of everything at once. I draw on CBT and EMDR, which means we work on both the thoughts that loop and the experiences your body is still holding. The goal isn't just to feel better in the session — it's to leave with real tools and insight you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly a conversation. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's been feeling hard, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — most people walk in not knowing exactly where to start, and that's okay. By the end, you'll have a sense of what we'd work on together and whether this feels like the right fit.
