Great to meet you!

Life is genuinely hard sometimes, and you deserve a counselor who gets that. As a former teacher and mother of five, I have seen how stress, family dynamics, and caregiving can quietly take a toll. I earned my master's in School and Clinical Counseling after watching students struggle, and I have since worked with families, youth, caregivers, and individuals facing everyday challenges. I would love to help you find more balance, too.

My approach to therapy

Every individual is very different from another and may be at a certain place than another. I may use an integrative approach to fit a persons unique needs. Some of the other therapy approaches I often use with clients include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Behavior Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will spend most of the time simply listening. I want to understand where you are right now, what feels heaviest, and what you are hoping life could look like instead. I will gently gather some background and share how we might work together. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. By the end, you can expect to feel heard, accepted, and a little more clear on what comes next.
