Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Veronica Rolon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a bilingual, bicultural Latinx mental health therapist, I am passionate and dedicated in promoting mental health wellness for women of color, addressing a wide range of concerns including; Anxiety, Depression, Wok Stress, Self-esteem, Identity Development, Relationship Concerns, Life Transitions, Grief, Loss, Trauma, Parenting Concerns, and Maternal-Infant Mental Health.

My approach to therapy

Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. In therapy, my focus is to hold a safe space that allows us to explore, identify, and work through difficult aspects of your lived experiences to create a new path for your future.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to face life's difficulties on your own. As your therapist, I draw from several treatment models, integrating them in a way that supports your vision in life and that considers your unique story. I will assist you to develop new tools that facilitate your capacity for happiness, authenticity and healthy connections.
