Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving adults and couples in the Tampa Bay Area and across Florida through telehealth. I specialize in relationship challenges, life transitions, identity concerns, anxiety, depression, and grief, and I’m trained in the Gottman Method, CBT, ART, and Solution-Focused Therapy, among others. I chose to become an LMFT because our early family experiences shape who we are, and strengthening relationships can create lasting change for individuals, couples, and future generations. If starting therapy feels intimidating, that’s completely normal — we’ll begin wherever you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

Being human can be hard, and because everyone’s story is different, I believe therapy should reflect that. When we decide to work together, we’ll approach the process as a team, with open communication and mutual respect at the center. I draw from the Gottman Method, CBT, ART, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for change. I’ll listen carefully, offer guidance and perspective, and gently challenge you when needed. Above all, I strive to create a steady, supportive space where you can explore challenges honestly and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an initial session where you can share what’s bringing you in and what you hope will feel different in your life or relationships. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll clarify your goals together. I create a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly, even about the hard things, without fear of judgment. As we move forward, I’ll offer insight, practical tools, and guidance while respecting your pace and autonomy. Our work will stay focused on helping you build clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
