Great to meet you!

As a perinatal holistic wellness practitioner, I provide trauma-informed, integrative care that supports individuals, couples, and families throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility journeys. I combine advanced clinical training in psychotherapy with mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, and movement-based approaches to foster deep, embodied healing, recognizing that meaningful transformation often extends beyond talk therapy alone.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health, with over 15 years of experience across private practice, public agencies, and nonprofit settings. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Social Work (DSW) from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, focusing on trauma-informed care during the perinatal period.

My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. What sets my work apart is the integration of clinical expertise, research knowledge, and lived experience, allowing me to provide care that is both deeply informed and genuinely attuned to the realities of perinatal mental health. I’m passionate about supporting women, birthing people, and families as they navigate the emotional complexities of this season of life, creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Feeling overwhelmed? Caught in a swirl of anxious thoughts and uncertainty? You’re already carrying so much, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. In our work together, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. I’m committed to creating a supportive, intentional space in each session, grounded in empathy, presence, and supportive accountability. Together, we can take the first step toward helping you feel more like yourself.
