Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual therapist offering therapy in both English and Spanish, and I work with couples, families, adolescents, young adults, and children through many different stages of life. I know that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I strive to create a warm, accepting space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, trauma, family concerns, or a difficult season of life, my goal is to help you feel supported as you heal, grow, and work toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around your individual needs and goals. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which I use to support clients working through trauma and difficult experiences. When working with couples, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners better understand one another, strengthen their emotional connection, rebuild trust, and create more secure and lasting bonds. No matter what brings you to therapy, we'll work together to find an approach that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your experiences, current challenges, relationships, and what you're hoping to gain from our time together. There is no expectation to share everything right away — we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and creating a path forward that helps you feel supported, understood, and hopeful about the changes you'd like to make.
