Great to meet you!

Sometimes the weight you carry has been there so long it just starts to feel like part of who you are. I work with adults navigating some of life's harder passages: anxiety that won't quiet down, grief that doesn't follow a timeline, and the complicated questions that come with identity, culture, and belonging. I also bring a personal connection to the veteran community, having served in the U.S. Marines myself. Clients often describe me as direct and warm, someone who will be honest with them while genuinely rooting for where they are headed.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative from the start. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you reconnect with the clarity, confidence, and resilience you already carry. I have a particular passion for supporting women as they navigate the pressure of relationships, family dynamics, workplace demands, and personal identity all at once. That includes the grief that comes with real loss, the stress of feeling pulled between different parts of yourself, and the quiet exhaustion of carrying everything for everyone else. Together we build practical tools and reflections you can use between sessions to keep moving forward, not just insights that stay in the room.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to know what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping your life looks and feels like on the other side of this. From there we build a plan together at a pace that works for you. If any of this resonates, I would love to connect. Feel free to schedule a consultation call and let's start this journey together.
