Great to meet you!

I love what I do! Whether I’m helping teens make sense of tough emotions or supporting adults through life’s ups and downs, I show up as my full, authentic self. I’ve been working in mental health since 2007, with experience in ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, parenting support, dual diagnosis, and more. As a neurodivergent therapist who is proudly neurodivergent-affirming, I deeply understand that brains work in beautifully different ways—and I celebrate that with my clients. Together, we’ll uncover tools and strategies that help you create a life that feels meaningful and truly worth living.

My approach to therapy

Through a mix of therapeutic techniques (and sometimes a little humor), I’ll walk alongside you as you build coping skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and good old-fashioned honest conversation. My goal is to gently challenge you to step outside your comfort zone because that is where real change happens.

What you can expect from me

Above all, I believe therapy works best when it’s real. I’m fun, a little quirky, and always honest—you’ll never get a “therapy voice” from me. Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me gardening, hiking, or near the ocean. If you’ve been thinking about trying therapy, now might be the perfect time. I’d love to connect and support you on your journey
