I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Temple University, a Master of Science in Organizational Management at Springfield College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at LaSalle University. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, eating disordered behavior, trauma focused treatment and grief/loss. I have provided individual, couple and family counseling services to individuals ranging in age from 3-late adulthood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I identify as a Person-Centered counselor and in practice utilize several other treatment modalities based on clinical need. I am experienced with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, family systems and Gottman’s approach to marital therapy. I am passionate about helping clients foster self-awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviors to improve overall functioning.
