Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am a trilingual LPC specializing in insomnia, also helping those who have recently experienced a single-incident traumatic event and are struggling to shake it off, as well as individuals looking to manage stress better.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Are you worried about your poor sleep? Are you tired, but you are wired once you go to bed? I had insomnia for decades, and if I conquered it, you can too.

I specialize in EMDR for single-incident traumatic events. If something bad happened to you in the past and you still react to it with the same fear, it is time to reclaim your freedom.

If you want to learn how to manage stress with mindfulness-based techniques, I would be honored to help.

What you can expect from our first session

With CBT-Insomnia, you will learn tools to kick insomnia in the butt. You might think you have no control over your sleep problems, but we will find ways for you to regain control and sleep to live rather than live to sleep. I will also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as needed.

While working with me in EMDR, expect a compassionate and nurturing therapist who will walk alongside you while you revisit that scary place from your past.
