Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in hospital, community, and telehealth settings. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University and specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges through individual counseling. My style is compassionate, practical, and grounded in real-life experience. I’m especially passionate about helping clients recover from unhealthy or draining relationships while building stronger boundaries and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you gain insight and learn tools for lasting change. Together we’ll explore patterns, manage emotions, and rebuild balance and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for you to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and set realistic goals for our work together. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood, and where each session moves you a little closer to peace and clarity.
