Great to meet you!

Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Master Certified Addiction Professional Trauma-Informed | Serving Florida | Licensed Professional Counselor serving Virginia

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the state of Florida, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwelth of Virginia with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma and break free from the patterns of addiction.

My approach is compassionate, goal-oriented, and grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. I specialize in working with individuals whose lives have been shaped by addiction—whether through personal experience or the impact of addiction in their environment. I understand that addiction is rarely just about substances; it’s often rooted in pain, loss, and unaddressed emotional wounds.

In our work together, I’ll provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore those roots while also challenging you to take actionable steps toward change. I believe healing happens when we’re both supported and stretched—encouraged to grow beyond the past and move toward the life you truly want.

Whether you’re beginning your recovery journey or looking to deepen it, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy, honesty, and a belief in your capacity to grow.

My approach to therapy

Compassionate. Goal-Oriented. Transformative.

As a therapist, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. My approach is rooted in compassion, but I don’t believe in staying stuck. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, clarify your goals, and develop a practical path forward.

What you can expect from me

I’m committed to helping you grow—not by doing the work for you, but by walking alongside you, offering insight, accountability, and challenge when needed. I’ll encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, break unhelpful patterns, and build the skills necessary to thrive—not just survive.

If you’re ready to do the work and become the best version of yourself, I’m here to help you get there—with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
