Great to meet you!

I am a Massachusetts LICSW with over a decade of experience sitting with people through some of life's most profound and difficult passages: trauma, grief, eating disorders, relationship fractures, women's issues, and end-of-life care. I work with adults and older adults via telehealth. I offer sessions in both English and Russian, a meaningful resource for Russian-speaking clients who deserve a therapist who understands the cultural weight they carry, not just the clinical symptoms. My style is warm, direct, and genuinely human. I don't perform neutrality. When I'm in the room with you, you'll feel it.

My approach to therapy

Therapy, in my hands, is not a formula, it is an art form, and you are the canvas. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, ACT, MBCT, and somatic trauma approaches, bringing whatever this particular moment of your life is asking for rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all protocol. Over a decade of specializing in trauma, grief, eating disorders, and end-of-life care has taught me that the most powerful thing a therapist can offer is not technique alone, it is the courage to be fully, honestly present. I will walk into the hard places with you. I will not flinch.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will not be an intake form with a pulse. We will talk about what brought you here, and we will begin to uncover the shape of your story: the weight you've been carrying, the patterns you've started to notice, the thing you haven't yet said out loud to anyone. You won't leave with a diagnosis or a treatment plan. You will leave feeling genuinely heard, possibly for the first time in a long time. Come as you are. That is more than enough.
