Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, and my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and supported through whatever you're facing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, infertility, grief, or just feeling stuck, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself!

I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into the therapy space, and I approach each person with care and without judgment. My style is collaborative and conversational. I’m here to listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and help you explore what’s getting in your way—so you can start to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to look inward, and supported enough to take the steps forward that matter to you.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I’ll help you look beneath the surface to understand the patterns and experiences that may be shaping how you feel, think, and relate to others. I work from a psychodynamic and relational lens, which means we’ll explore how your past may be influencing your present—and how your relationships (including the one you have with yourself) have been shaped over time.

I also integrate principles from attachment theory, which can help us understand how early emotional bonds influence the way you navigate closeness, conflict, trust, and connection today.

Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs and goals. Sometimes that means going deep, sometimes that means focusing on practical steps—and often, it’s a mix of both.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that our sessions feel like a pause from the noise—an honest, supportive space where you can untangle what’s been weighing on you and get to know yourself in a deeper way. We'll move at your pace, and I'll be there to ask the kind of questions that help things start to make more sense.

Through this work, many people find themselves feeling more grounded, less alone, and more able to show up in their lives with clarity and confidence. You might begin to notice your relationships shifting, feeling less reactive in stressful moments, or simply being kinder to yourself.

Therapy is rarely a straight line—but we’ll navigate it together. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling a little lighter, more in tune with yourself, and with a clearer sense of where you’re headed.
