Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Veronika Hoover, LCSW. I draw from alternative and complementary sources to inform my therapeutic approach and integrate mind, body, spirit, and environment/nature connection into our sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach

I view the whole person in their environment and take into consideration their upbringing and childhood. I partner with my clients to come up with ways to identify the issues to be resolved and join them in their journey towards wellness. Goal setting and embodiment are intertwined in our sessions so that we can honor what is currently happening with where the client wants to go.

What you can expect from me

I like to create an environment of exploration, imagination, and trust. Play is the best form of research and I find using this tone of exploration and imagination creates ease when it comes to finding emotional safety. My hope is to become attuned to each person/session so that when a more grounded approach is needed, I can bring that to the session.
