Great to meet you!

Welcome — I'm glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and reaching this page already tells me you care about finding the right support.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship and family challenges, women's issues, and the kind of workplace pressure that follows you home. I work with both adolescents and adults, and I care deeply about honoring each person's background and story.

Whatever brought you here, you won't be figuring it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and practical — I meet you where you are and we move at your pace. I lean on approaches like mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based work, which really just means we'll notice what's already working, build realistic tools you can use between sessions, and focus on the changes that actually matter to your life.

I won't hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. What we do depends on you — what you're carrying, what you'd like to feel differently, and what fits.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you in and what you'd like to be different, with zero pressure to have it all figured out. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what we'd work on together and whether we feel like a good fit — and if we are, we'll start building the practical tools to get you there.
