Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Arts in School and Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University, where I was peer-nominated and honored as Student of the Year in 2013. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals facing multiple diagnoses, including intellectual delays, mental illness, and substance abuse, I’ve served in various settings such as community programs, schools, and hospitals. My diverse background allows me to approach situations much like a social worker, taking into account all aspects of a person’s life and how they connect to influence overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I primarily work from a cognitive behavioral therapy approach, helping adults and adolescents overcome addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression with a holistic focus on mind, body, and spirit. I also bring unique experience in working with individuals living with intellectual challenges and autism.

What you can expect from me

People can expect to gain valuable self-insights and practical strategies that are easy to incorporate into daily life, helping to boost positive emotions and create a more fulfilling experience, despite life’s daily troubles, worries, and concerns.
