I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor, who specializes in family issues, relationships, immigration, anxiety and depression. I have over 7 years experience in working with adults and providing therapy in Spanish. When experiencing anxiety, depression , immigration issues, and relationship issues one goes through challenges in their daily life, in which i provide support in hopes of keeping one calm while gaining clarity.

My approach to therapy

It is important to focus and care for the "whole person" in order to adjust well to pursing interest, hobbies and self care, interacting with ones community and social supports, achieving healthy self expression and personal goals, and managing healthy relationships. I believe honest and open communication will allow a successful outcome allowing you to reach your goals. i focus on making you feel comfortable, supported and heard.
