Great to meet you!

Have you been feeling like giving up? Does the stressor of life seem too much to manage? Or do you just need a safe, confidential space to process life experiences? This is very common, and many individuals have similar thoughts at some point in their life. Feeling the frustration of the unfairness of life can be debilitating, which makes us view the world in a negative light. However, there is no need to struggle alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a caring, supportive, and understanding environment to empower you to make the best choices for your life. I specialize in treating trauma (including PTSD), depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them find healthy ways to feel better.

What you can expect from our first session

You already made the most difficult choice of deciding to get help and I am here to help. You will be provided a safe space, a nonjudgmental environment, the ability to continue to grow, and heal in your life journey. Feel free to reach out to schedule your free consultation today!
