Great to meet you!

Sharing knowledge about mental health to help others gain awareness and implement tools to create a happier existence is exciting. It is very rewarding helping others realize that they can change their perspective and create a well-balanced mindset. My practice helping others is life long, professionally I have been helping others for over ten years. With personal experience with dysfunctional family dynamics, ADHD, depression, anxiety and grief I have much knowledge to share. I look forward to our journey of self-exploration together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered, meaning, each client has their own unique way of learning and processing their emotions. There are many evidence based modalities; I have seen much success with practicing self-love along with catharsis and learning tools and techniques to reduce symptoms.

What you can expect from me

It is important to hear your story in our first session; including the current challenges, and what was the deciding factor to seek therapy. Also, knowing about familial mental health challenges. It also seems important to explore what has been done to alleviate symptoms or challenges in the past.
