My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to support deep, sustainable change.
Using EMDR, I help clients process and release the impact of trauma and painful experiences that may still feel “stuck.” With DBT, I teach practical skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication—tools that clients can begin using right away. Through IFS, we explore the inner system of “parts,” fostering compassion and internal harmony so clients can reconnect with their core Self.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, improving relationships, or seeking greater self-awareness, my goal is to provide a space where you can move toward clarity, healing, and resilience.
