Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist who specializes in helping clients heal from trauma, navigate emotional overwhelm, and build a more grounded, empowered relationship with themselves and others. I have more than 10 years of experience providing counseling to children and adults.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to support deep, sustainable change.

Using EMDR, I help clients process and release the impact of trauma and painful experiences that may still feel “stuck.” With DBT, I teach practical skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy communication—tools that clients can begin using right away. Through IFS, we explore the inner system of “parts,” fostering compassion and internal harmony so clients can reconnect with their core Self.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. Whether you’re working through past trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, improving relationships, or seeking greater self-awareness, my goal is to provide a space where you can move toward clarity, healing, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

At our first session, we will complete an assessment and develop a treatment plan that includes identifying measurable goals that will guide what you want to address in therapy.
