Great to meet you!

Being raised in the South and traveling the country as an Army wife has given me the privilege of working with diverse people and perspectives. I’m passionate about helping clients reclaim their power—not by undoing the past, but by learning to rise with the cards they’ve been dealt. I hold a Master’s in Counseling and a Doctorate in Leadership, with specialized training in women’s issues, substance abuse, and trauma‐focused care. At the heart of my work is the belief that true strength comes from owning who you choose to become.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we don’t know what we don’t know—and that discovery can be both empowering and healing. I partner with clients through humor, directness, encouragement, and warmth to help them uncover who they were meant to be. Together, we create a safe space to take off the mask, explore feelings and patterns, and understand the thoughts and behaviors shaping your life. My goal is to help you grow with clarity, compassion, and a deeper sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a grounded, safe space where they feel seen, heard, and never reduced to a diagnosis. I view you as the expert of your own life, and together we explore what brought you to therapy with curiosity, honesty, and gentle humor. In our first session, we’ll begin identifying what safety looks like for you and start unraveling the “why” behind your struggles so you can reclaim the sense of power you may feel you’ve lost. My role is to partner with you—not to push, but to walk alongside you as you begin to heal.
