Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel unseen, unheard, or like your emotions are “too much”? You’re not alone—and more importantly, you don’t have to stay stuck there.

I work with adults who are ready to feel better now, not just talk about their pain. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, or overwhelming life stressors, our work focuses on helping you experience real, noticeable shifts in your daily life—starting early in the process.

In our sessions, you won’t just process what’s hard—you’ll also learn practical, nervous system-based tools to calm overwhelm, manage stress, and feel more grounded in real time. Many clients begin to notice improved emotional regulation, clearer thinking, and more confidence in handling everyday challenges within the first few sessions.

All parts of you are welcome here—even the ones that feel angry, ashamed, overwhelmed, or uncertain. Healing isn’t about erasing your past; it’s about creating a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

I offer telehealth sessions throughout Florida, as well as Walk & Talk therapy for local clients—an outdoor therapy option that combines movement, nature, and meaningful conversation. Many clients find this approach helps them feel more relaxed and open during the therapeutic process.

If you’re ready to begin, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on your strengths. We’ll work together in a way that feels safe, supportive, and at your pace.

In our work together, we will:

  • Gently process difficult experiences without feeling overwhelmed
  • Learn ways to calm your body and mind when stress or emotions feel intense
  • Notice and shift patterns that keep you feeling stuck
  • Build practical skills to manage emotions and handle challenging moments
  • Strengthen your boundaries and sense of self-worth
  • Begin to change self-critical or shame-based thoughts into more compassionate ones

I use proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, while keeping things practical and relevant to your daily life—so you can start feeling better both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will:

  • Talk about what’s bringing you to therapy at this point in your life
  • Identify the main stressors, symptoms, or challenges you’re dealing with
  • Clarify what you want to feel different and what “better” looks like for you
  • Begin to notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck
  • Create a clear, realistic plan for moving forward

You can expect a balance of warmth and direction. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help you make connections between your past experiences and what you’re facing now.

Most importantly, this is a space where you’ll feel heard, supported, and already beginning to move toward meaningful change—while building a strong foundation of trust and safety.
