Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Latina therapist with years of experience helping diverse populations with anxiety, depression, relationship issues (with family, partner, friends, etc.), traumas, life transitions and more. I have worked with children, teens and adults in different settings including but not limited to schools, hospitals, non-profit orgs and community health centers.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach consists of us working together so I can help guide and support you. I will meet you wherever you are in your journey. We can explore strengths and goals while I offer some tools/techniques to address any challenges you are experiencing. I use a strengths-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing or other modalities that are most helpful for your individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

As the therapist, I will support and guide you by providing a safe and non-judgmental space. You should understand that therapy is a process that can take time. What happens during therapy as well as what happens in between sessions are both important to the process. If you have thought about beginning therapy but are not entirely sure where to begin, we can explore this together.
