Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Latina therapist and I have years of experience supporting diverse populations in various settings. This allows me to meet clients with cultural sensitivity, flexibility, and real world understanding.

I work best with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a difficult chapter whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship stress, past trauma, or a major life transition. Many are trying to understand themselves better, improve communication, set boundaries, or break patterns that no longer serve them. They want relief, clarity, and healthier ways to cope, but may not yet know where to start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to your individual needs, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and supportive. It is not just a space to vent, but a place to gain clarity, build effective tools, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll review what brings you in and your goals in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I’ll ask questions to understand your history and current stressors, but you can share at your pace. We’ll outline next steps and how therapy works between sessions. If you’re unsure where to start, we’ll figure it out together.
