Hello, I am a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have ben practicing since the beginning of 2021 and am passionate about helping clients process through and recover from traumatic events.
I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. CPT has been proved to be highly effective in reducing the difficulties that come with trauma. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other approaches as needed for each client.
During our first session, I will do my best to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process and I will do my best to begin the process of building a strong, positive therapeutic relationship. My biggest desire in the first session is to ensure that you feel seen and heard and never judged. My role is to support you wherever you are and help you to get where you want to be.
