As a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I bring a patient-centered, compassionate approach to every interaction, striving to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing. With nine years of experience in the mental health field—including five years as a psychiatric RN and nearly three years as a PMHNP and ongoing—I combine clinical expertise with an energetic and solution-oriented mindset.
My goal in the first session is to truly understand each client, identify key concerns, begin managing symptoms, and collaboratively develop an individualized plan of care. I believe in meeting patients where they are and empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
In subsequent visits, I focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and working steadily toward the goals we’ve established together. Through consistency, empathy, and evidence-based care, I aim to help patients achieve lasting improvements in their well-being.
