Great to meet you!

My area of interest, and expertise lies in the sphere of relationship; in particular, the relationship one has with one’s Self. I believe that this relationship, formed early in life, impacts one’s ability to be fully present, and engaged in relationships with spouses, partners, children, friends, and colleagues. In a non-judgemental and compassionate environment, I strive to provide an atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images, and beliefs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) aspects in conjunction with humanistic strength-based counseling theories.

What you can expect from our first session

In conjunction with the client’s goals, and treatment approach, goals are set and revisited to ensure progress is being made to address the aspects desired.
