Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who obtained my clinical license in 2024, with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through therapy and mental health services, including five years of clinical work prior to becoming licensed. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and a background in community mental health and program leadership, I have had the privilege of walking alongside adolescents and adults as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on meeting each person where they are. I believe clients are the experts of their own experiences, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools in a safe and non-judgmental space. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I have experience supporting individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and major life adjustments. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as you move toward healing and greater balance in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and positive psychology while maintaining a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering. Together, we focus on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and helping clients move toward meaningful and sustainable change. My goal is to help clients feel supported while also developing tools they can confidently use outside of session.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment focused on understanding their goals, current challenges, and what they hope to gain from therapy. We will review important background information, discuss symptoms or concerns, and begin identifying strengths and areas of growth.

I strive to make the first session feel comfortable and collaborative rather than overwhelming. Clients are encouraged to share at their own pace, ask questions, and begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and respect. By the end of the session, we will start shaping a plan that aligns with the client’s needs and goals.
