I care deeply about connecting with people and helping them connect with themselves. I have extensive experience working with adults, couples and families as well as at-risk youth and teens. I am passionate about working with couples and hold training certifications in Gottman levels 1 and 2 and Prepare-Enrich facilitation.

I know from personal experience the courage it takes to trust a therapist with your innermost wounds and insecurities. I also know the healing and transformation that can result. I feel blessed and honored to be invited to come alongside couples and individuals as they step out in hope and faith, seeking healing and restoration.
