I provide practical tools and support. I'm a Certified Trauma Professional and the Owner of Best Life Therapy, LLC. I specialize in trauma, grief, parenting skills, anxiety, depression, behavior and relationship challenges. During your first session, we will explore your history, complete assessments and work together on your goals. I employ cognitive, supportive, insight-oriented therapy and more. I provide a safe and supportive space to help clients reach their full potential.

This may include learning more about your diagnosis, developing healthy coping skills, processing emotions and thought patterns, reframing negative thoughts, developing communication techniques and establishing boundaries. I emphasize gratitude practices, teach mindfulness and other relaxation techniques.
