Great to meet you!

Seeking support is a meaningful step, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship that helps you navigate life's challenges while recognizing and building on your unique strengths. I have experience supporting individuals navigating ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress management, cultural and ethnic concerns, women's issues, family challenges, and relationship concerns. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, working through past trauma, navigating relationship or family concerns, or simply looking for greater balance and confidence, I'm here to support

My approach to therapy

I bring a client-centered and culturally competent approach to every role I take on. My work is fueled by compassion, resilience, and a commitment to advocacy for underserved populations, including veterans, at-risk youth with the legal system, youth in foster care, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and immigrant families. Colleagues and clients know me for my ability to build trust, think critically under pressure, and create solutions that foster long-term growth. I am driven by values of empathy, integrity, and collaboration—always striving to uplift others and help them reach their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where they feel heard and respected. My priority is getting to know you—not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, values, and goals. During our first session, we'll discuss what you're hoping to achieve, review your personal history at a pace that feels comfortable, and explore any immediate concerns or questions you may have. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity, so you can expect me to listen with empathy, meet you where you are, and tailor our work to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that supports your growth, healing, and overall well-being. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work we'll do together.
