Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that mental health is important to fulfill a more present and content life. You are taking a big step toward healthier beginnings by starting therapy. I see all ages from 5 to 105, who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, transitions and most other struggles.

My approach to therapy

The tone of sessions is always a client-centered approach that allows you to sit in a safe place and feel comfortable to share your life story. I use a holistic approach that examines all aspects of a person: physical, mind, relationships, and spiritual to reduce stressors or issues.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you can share your story and talk about goals you would like to work towards. We will collaborate to make goals and a plan that tackle your presenting problem. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
