Great to meet you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a high performer, do you find success only to faulter at the finish line? Do you find yourself working in a career that you have fallen out of love with, or feel a desire for career change but still haven't done so? Anxiety, depression, trauma in childhood can impact our abilities to realize our dreams and reach our full potential. In particular for high performing individuals in the arts, athletics, and business this can be detrimental in our careers, relationships, result in stagnation, and impact our overall output. Together we can shape the muse within so you can perform in all aspects of your life

What you can expect from our first session

As a therapist I work closely on developing realistic goals and holding clients to be accountable for their change. Collaboration is key to working together to meet your goals.
