My practice focuses on helping individuals overcome their mental health struggles and continue to follow their own values to be the best version of themselves. My aim is to incorporate my patients’ values such as family and faith, when possible into the treatment process. I am here to help you find more peace and calmness.
My approach is to treat people as humans first. The therapy relationship is a professional one but I also like to be transparent and genuine with the people I work with. In return, they appreciate the honesty and are also transparent with me about their concerns. The more real we are in the therapy process with one another, the more likely we are to address many issues.
