Great to meet you!

I love working with men, adolescents, couples, and families who are trying to grow through anxiety, relationship stress, spiritual questions, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are emerging adults feeling pressure to choose a path, adjust to adulthood, and figure out who they want to become. Others are working adults or couples trying to improve communication, strengthen family bonds, manage job stress, create better habits, and build a life that feels more meaningful and steady.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and growth-oriented. I combine CBT with other tailored interventions to create an engaging counseling experience based on your needs and values. Together, we work on understanding what is getting in the way, improving communication, building calmer and healthier patterns, and creating meaningful change that carries into your daily life, relationships, work, and sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, you can expect a relaxed, conversational environment where I take time to get to know you, understand your challenges, and learn what you are hoping to gain from counseling. We'll discuss your goals and explore practical strategies that can help make counseling a valuable resource in your day today life.
