Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a veteran, and a Spanish-speaking provider. As a veteran and a Spanish-speaking provider, I aim to provide quality care to all patients and their families. I'm a graduate of UT Arlington, and I completed a year-long psychiatric residency nurse practitioner program at the North Texas VA Healthcare System, caring for various psychiatric conditions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach focuses on:

• Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care: Your needs come first, and I'm here to listen.

• Evidence-Based Strategies: I provide consistent, practical support through proven methods.

• Specialized Knowledge: My experience helps me understand the unique needs of veterans and seniors.

• Holistic Care: I look at the whole person, regardless of age.

• Goal-Oriented Collaboration: Together, we’ll set and achieve your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I’m dedicated to a balanced approach that combines empathy, effective practices, specialized training, and a genuine commitment to your well-being. I want patients to have a personalized experience where they feel supported and listened to. Let’s connect and embark on this path together!
