Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

The rising number of teenagers and adolescents with anxiety, depression, and other behavioral disorders inspired me to specialize in mental health care. The shortage of providers and the impact of these conditions on families and communities further strengthened my resolve to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am committed to using my skills and experience to support patients and families, reduce their burden, and guide them through recovery with a culturally sensitive, patient-centered approach.

My approach to therapy

To assist patients and their families in reaching their goals, I use a comprehensive approach that includes psychotherapy, medication management, and complementary modalities, grounding every therapeutic recommendation in solid, evidence-based scientific knowledge. Thus, ensuring high-quality, safe mental health care while considering patient preferences and cultural background.

What you can expect from me

I invite you to openly discuss your concerns and share your short- and long-term goals and aspirations with me; together, we can develop an informed, comprehensive, and scientifically grounded plan of action tailored to your unique needs, circumstances, and personal values. Given enough time and effort, no problem is too daunting to overcome.
