Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adults and adolescents manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, life transitions, and substance-related concerns.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and goal-focused. I use evidence-based strategies, including CBT and exposure-based work, to help clients better understand their patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes in daily life.

I believe therapy does not have to be reserved only for moments of crisis. It can be helpful for anyone who wants to manage stress more effectively, improve relationships, strengthen emotional control, or feel more confident in how they handle life’s demands.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, practical, and collaborative. Sessions are conversational and focused on helping you better understand your patterns, reduce avoidance, and build skills you can use outside of therapy.

I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, REBT, and exposure-based strategies, to help clients challenge unhelpful thinking, manage discomfort, and make meaningful changes in daily life.

I also believe therapy works best when there is a strong working relationship. I aim to create a space that feels respectful, direct, supportive, and human.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy, what has been difficult, and what you want to change.

I will ask questions about your symptoms, history, current stressors, strengths, and goals. We will also talk about what has helped in the past and what has not.

My goal is for you to leave the first session with a better sense of direction, a clear plan for therapy, and an understanding of how we can work together moving forward.
