Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm excited to connect with you on your mental health journey.

Hi, I'm Victor, a Doctorally-prepared Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC). I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arizona, and I believe mental health isn't separate from the rest of your life. It's the foundation everything else gets built on. Reaching out for support takes real courage, so first things first: congratulations on getting here.

I've spent over 10 years in healthcare, including work with children, adolescents, adults, and families across inpatient and outpatient settings. I'm especially passionate about ADHD, depression, anxiety, and OCD, along with a wide range of other mental health concerns that deserve just as much care and attention.

Alongside my role at Hope Point Psychiatry, I also provide crisis psychiatric care at Mind24/7 and on the inpatient unit at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Outside of clinical work, you'll usually find me exploring a new city on my e-bike or trying out a new restaurant, so don't be surprised if a good recommendation sneaks into a session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and integrative. Medication can absolutely be part of the picture, but it's never the whole picture. You're not a diagnosis to manage, you're a person with a story, and I want to hear it..

Once we start working together, think of us as partners. I'll bring the clinical expertise, you bring the expertise on your own life, and together we figure out what actually works. That means honest conversations, goals that fit your values, not a textbook, and a relationship built on trust rather than a script. I'll challenge you when it's helpful and sit with you when it's hard, but I won't ever make decisions about your care without you in the room.

What you can expect from me

I'm passionate about meeting patients where they are, wherever you feel most comfortable and private, right here in Arizona. As a telehealth practice, my goal is to reduce the barriers that often stand between people and the care they need, so connecting with a provider feels hassle free and seamless, not one more thing to fight through.

Our first session is really just about you telling your story. No pressure, no judgment, just space to be heard. From there, we build a plan together, one that evolves as you do. I try to bring warmth and a little levity into sessions too, because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time.

I think the best care happens when there's room for real connection, not just clinical distance.

If you're looking for a provider who'll show up prepared, stay honest with you, and treat this as a genuine partnership, I'd love to work together.
