Great to meet you!

I am licensed in the state of California and have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, & depression. I am a first generation Filipino-American therapist with experience addressing dynamics of the AAPI community. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I have worked extensively with youth (18 and under) and their families in community-based mental health, along with adults in various community-based health settings as well.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical orientation is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care and systems theory, which takes a look at the larger contexts and relationships in which someone experiences life.

What you can expect from me

I believe that you are the expert in your experiences, that you have many strengths, and have skills that have brought you through your journey thus far. Every person possesses what is necessary to move through difficulties. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
