Hello and welcome! I’m Victoria, a LCSW with over ten years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and adults. I specialize in helping individuals with histories of trauma, chronic illness, and anxiety. My goal is to support you on your journey to healing and personal growth. I believe in a personalized approach to therapy. If you’ve experienced trauma, you know how deeply it can affect every aspect of your life. I use evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help you process and heal from your experiences, providing a safe and supportive environment. Living with a chronic illness can be incredibly challenging. Working through the emotional and psychological toll it takes, I’m here to help you develop coping strategies and improve your quality of life. Anxiety can be overwhelming and affect daily functioning. Together, we’ll work on understanding the roots of your anxiety and develop effective strategies.
